Cey Group, as one of the long-established companies of logistics sector, attracted attention after taking over the operating rights of the Port of Samsun for 36 years. The Group has determined their primary target as being the first name coming into mind in the sector.
Ali Avcı, the Chairman of Samsunport, summarizes company’s business as follows: “Cey Group’s history dates back to Ceyhan Nakliyat, founded in 1969. First offices were opened in the regions where there were concentrated transportation activities. Then we founded units for storage services. At the moment we have and operate storehouses and warehouses, grain silos, a liquid oil tank terminal, a container terminal and give transportation services on rail or by other modes of transport in the Mediterranean region. Moreover we operate a warehouse and a logistics hub in Istanbul; warehouses and a logistics hub in Dilovası, Kocaeli in the Marmara region; grain silos, a warehouse and a logistics hub in the Aegean region and we also operate the Port of Samsun and carry out logistics activities in Samsun, in the Black Sea region. >>> |
