TÜRKER GROUP ASPIRES AFTER SECTOR LEADERSHIP

Continuing investments in 2010, Türker Group of Companies moves forward to becoming sector leader by expanding storehouses and warehouses in various regions, enlarging its fleet and further improving technology utilization in logistics so as to meet every sector’s needs.

 

Since its foundation in 1987, Türker Group of Companies has aimed to become sector leader and the Group has taken firm steps to achieve that goal by its five companies, two of which are established abroad.

Tamer Türker, the CEO of Türker Group of Companies says, “We follow customers’ production lines. We provide our clients to work stock-free by just in time (JIT) transport system. We prepare customer satisfaction questionnaires every six months to meet customer demands.”
Such questionnaires and in-house customer satisfaction trainings are said to increase satisfaction level by 10 percent from 2009 to 2011. Türker Group aims to reach more customers by maintaining that development process.

“Through our customer-oriented service mentality that makes no concessions on quality we started our high-quality service journey in 2003 by getting ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate, which was followed by adaptation to ISO 9001:2008 System,” says Türker and summarizes their mission as follows:
